The short version
Run-R has no accounts. Your plan is worked out in your browser and saved on your own device and in your plan link. We never ask for your email, and we don't sell or share data with anyone.
What stays on your device
- Your plan answers (race, race date, days per week, race time or fitness, units, any goal and changes you make), saved in your browser's local storage and inside your plan link.
- Your first name, if you add one. It stays on your device and is never put in the link.
- Your theme and cookie choices.
Your plan link holds your plan answers. Anyone you send it to can open the plan, so share it only with people you're happy to show. Calendar files and PDFs are made in your browser, not on our servers.
What reaches our servers
- Page views: the address of each page you open (without your plan details), so we can see which pages are used. No name, email or plan data.
- "Describe your goal instead": if you use it, the text you type is sent to our server and on to an AI model (Google Gemini, via OpenRouter) to turn it into plan settings. We don't store the text. Your IP address is held briefly to stop abuse of this feature, then cleared.
- Google Analytics: counts visits and how the site is used. Google's own privacy policy applies.
The site is hosted by Vercel and the page-view and AI functions run on Supabase. Both keep standard technical logs for a short time.
Advertising
There are no ads on Run-R at the moment. If that changes, this policy will say so first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Because we don't hold accounts, names or emails, there is usually nothing to find. To clear what's on your device, use "Remove from this device" on My plan or clear this site's data in your browser.
Children
Run-R is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
